Can you believe it’s already 2024? The years are flying by. 2023 was a massively busy travel year for me with visits to Arizona, California, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, DC, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Philadelphia, and a few trips up to Ontario, Canada. 2024 is going to be even crazier with the travel plans so I want to get ahead of things before my first trip next month!

My first trip of 2024 will be to Nashville Tennessee to see Olivia Rodrigo with my friend and a couple of her friends. This is my second time visiting Nashville (we went last year to see Taylor Swift!) and I’m so so excited to be back. I loved the few days we spent there last year and can’t wait to see some more this year.

Trip number 2 will be to California to spend some time at Disneyland for my birthday (I’m a magic key holder and staying with a friend, so hopefully won’t be too expensive of a trip). I’m also staying for the release of Taylor’s new album The Tortured Poets Department which we are super excited for.

Trip 3 takes me across the ocean and back to my favorite city in the world, PARIS! I will be there for about a week with some friends to see Taylor again as well as visit Disneyland Paris (hopefully this trip goes smoother than the last time I was there), explore the city, and visit all the restaurants we’ve seen online.

Trip 4 takes me back across the ocean for about a week in the UK! I will be seeing the Jonas Brothers in Manchester with my same travel buddy (Hi Amy!), and then we’ll be seeing Taylor in London as well. I was supposed to be in London with Amy in December but could not get the time off work, so we have a lot to catch up on!

Trip 5 will be my first Toronto trip of the year! The main purpose of this trip is for my first ever (!!) Niall Horan concert. I’ve been waiting since xFactor to see him live and I cannot wait! My friend and I also have plans to visit Moir’s Skate Shop, skate at the Cricket Club, and do a few other things we’ve wanted to do together.

Trip number 6 takes me back to Europe for a triple header of Era’s Tour shows. I’ll be seeing Taylor in Zurich, Milan, and Gelsenkirchen all within the span of about a week and a half with a couple of friends. We are still very much in the planning stages, but we plan to have a few days to explore each city before moving on to the next.

Trip 7 is to see Taylor and the Eras Tour again in Miami and we will be squeezing a Disney World trip in there as well. I’ve never been to Miami, and my last trip to Disney World was for my senior trip back in 2014 so I’m very excited!

Trip number 8 is my second and final Toronto trip for the year (I went 3 times last year for a full month of time overall). This trip is once again for the Eras Tour and I’ll be with a few friends!

I would love to squeeze in a Disneyland trip with my niece, the best Disney buddy ever, so hopefully that will happen as well! We went last year for her birthday and had the best time so we are dying to get back there and have some more fun.

This year is going to be super full and absolutely exhausting. I also fear I will never financially recover, but I’m working to make that possible as soon as I possibly can. I have big plans for this year and big hopes and dreams for next year, so wish me luck!

I will also be trying to get some trip reports up from our travels last year as well as some more book reviews. Check back for those soon!
